The Benefice Eucharist in Hasketon last week was a wonderfully uplifting a service. Bishop Martin was able to join us and dedicate the new Kitchen facilities - which is going to make the church a wonderful gathering space - but also that we were able to celebrate Elders ministry in the commissioning and recommissioning of our Elders with Benefice wide commissions.
Thank you to all who came and particularly the Hasketon congregation who worked so hard to get the church ready and provide the refreshments after the service - you have certainly moved the bar up! Congratulations to the Elders.
